Is the certification right for you?
Getting certified in The Four Rooms of Change is an investment—in time, money, and commitment. Before you make the decision, it can be helpful to ask yourself a few questions:
- What do you hope to achieve? Do you want to develop your own leadership skills, support your organization through change, or create a more mindful work environment? Or is it perhaps a combination?
- Do you have the capacity to commit the time required? The program spans nearly a year, with practical application between training sessions. Is that sustainable for you right now?
- What are the pros—and what are the cons? Perhaps you see great opportunities for your organization but are unsure if the cost is justified. Or maybe it feels like an obvious investment, but you wonder if you have the right conditions in place.
