What does it mean to be certified?

The Four Rooms of Change® is a registered trademark in Sweden and in many parts of the world. This means that only certified users may use the different brands as well as the texts, concepts, analytical instruments, models and tools developed within the framework of the theory and the concept. The certification programs are organized by Fyrarummaren AB in direct collaboration with the originator Claes Janssen.

Certification in the Four Rooms of Change provides, among other things:

The right to use the model analytical instruments and tools that are part of the Four Rooms of Change family of products.
Access to manuals and step-by-step guides.
Invitation to attend annual conferences and workshops for updates and experience exchanges.
Access to an ever-expanding national and international network of professional users.
The right to use the Four Rooms of Change trademarks in internal or external marketing, education, consultation etc.

About the Four Rooms of Change

The Four Rooms of Change is a theory about change. The theory originates from the psychologist and researcher Claes Janssen’s work that shows how an individual or a group moves through different psychological states of mind, during the change process. It also shows how we, as individuals, experience reality differently, and how these differences can prevent collaboration, change and development. Based on these research results, Janssen developed a series of practical and user-friendly analytical instruments, models and tools that are used with great success with individuals, groups, businesses and social systems.

Who can participate in the certification program?

Anyone who leads or supports development and change in any kind of company or organizations. You may work in a variety of roles or areas, such as:

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The program consists of three parts. Each part is two days in length, held over the course of eight to ten months. Prior to the program, an introductory call is conducted with one of the managers of the program. Practical applications are required for certification as well as the participant’s dedication to the necessary and sufficient theoretical understanding. The Four Rooms of Change analytical tools work in all types of companies and organizations. On the individual level as well as on a group or system level. The instruments are translated into fifteen languages.

Introduction to the Four Rooms of Change: It takes 3-4 hours for a group to create the Four Rooms of Change from their own life experiences under professional supervision.

The Organization Barometer: The Organization Barometer is an analytical instrument used to investigate how a group, organization, company, or social system experiences its work environment.

Personal Dialectics: The Personal Dialectics is an analytical instrument used for individual as well as group development.

Price

The price for the Swedish program is 4 000 EUR + VAT. The price includes course material, lunches, documentation and membership of the Four Rooms of Change User Forum during the certification period as well as supervision and counselling.
