Although certification programs work best in person, the pandemic of the early 2020s made it possible to teach The Four Rooms online.
Experience from several decades of certification programs in the Four Rooms of Change shows that it is best to be seen “in reality.” In recent years, demand for online implementation has grown, and the pandemic has accelerated this development.
During the pandemic and beyond?
As of June 2025, the restrictions have long since been lifted. New variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus continue to spread and mutate, so we must continuously manage the situation.
Since 2021, we have delivered certification programs live, online, and in hybrid form. At the same time, we created the Four Rooms’ own online platforms, one in Swedish and one in English. They have been tested and are now being used with excellent results.
Another way the pandemic is still impacting us is that we now consistently work with smaller groups during in-person certifications. This approach provides greater benefits for everyone involved.
Brief overview of the newly developed online platform
During the pandemic, we collaborated with some larger global client companies to develop a “hybrid certification” program combining physical meetings and online work. This has led to a new, Four Rooms-like digital platform.
If you want to use the Four Rooms online as a certified user, you can do so after receiving sufficient training in physical meetings. During the program, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the platform and then take an intensive supervised course.
As mentioned, the platform is currently available in Swedish and English, with more languages on the way. Please contact us if you would like more information.
