Drusilla Copeland

Drusilla Copeland is an organizational development consultant. She is a behavioral scientist who specializes in the impact that organizational culture has on transformation processes and organizational learning. She currently works with the Four Rooms of Change, focusing on the international market. She is also a partner with A&L Partners Consulting AB. Drusilla has had opportunities to study organizations and their cultural influences in Scandinavia and Canada.

She started her career as an internal consultant and trainer with groups within organizations in 1982. Throughout her career, she has worked in both the public and private sectors in the United States. Her experiences bridge multiple industries, including technology, healthcare services, manufacturing, and transportation.

She enjoys helping organizations, groups, and individuals develop through personal discovery, self-awareness, and involvement.

Drusilla Copeland has also conducted research on ethics and social responsibility among organizational development professionals. Her research found that organizational development professionals do not behave any more responsibly than their management counterparts when confronted with an ethical dilemma.
