The Four Rooms of Change® is proud to invite Dr. Rajendra Singh,”Waterman of India”, a well-known water conservationist and environmentalist. He won the Stockholm Water Prize, the Nobel Prize for Water, in 2015. He has also been honoured with the Jamnalal Bajaj Award for promoting Ghandhian Values in 2005 and with the Ramon Magsaysay Award for integrity in governance and courageous service to the people in 2001.

The judges of the Stockholm Water Prize gave the prize to him for bringing water to 1000 villages while using methods that prevented floods, restored soil and rivers, and brought back wildlife.

We invite you to join us at our corporate headquarters to listen to his journey, to the challenges the world faces concerning water & the way forward. And also to ponder the question—how can we all contribute individually and collectively so we have clean, abundant water for all of us.

Applied research on employee surveys has been conducted at Lunds University for several years. At the Four Rooms of Change Learning Conference in august, we learned about the extensive research, where it turns out that many surveys have major and recurring shortcomings, as low participation, unclear results and managers who have little ability to influence the process.By using the Organizational Barometer, these problems are reduced, as this tool involve everyone in the company from analysis to action plans. Both staff and management can compare data as well as results over time, and everyone are part of the process.

Giuliano Tarditi and Mattias Westerman have developed a practical way of approaching the sales meeting using the Four Rooms of Change. They have developed this method from their experience from working with 200 sales people in Italy and Sweden.  Giuliano is now proceeding with the project and in collaboration with Fyrarummaren AB he will offer a workshop on the subject this spring. More information to come!
