The Organizational Barometer as an alternative to employee surveys

Applied research on employee surveys has been conducted at Lunds University for several years. At the Four Rooms of Change Learning Conference in august, we learned about the extensive research, where it turns out that many surveys have major and recurring shortcomings, as low participation, unclear results and managers who have little ability to influence the process.By using the Organizational Barometer, these problems are reduced, as this tool involve everyone in the company from analysis to action plans. Both staff and management can compare data as well as results over time, and everyone are part of the process.
